Milton Keynes Dons Sports & Education Trust (MKDons SET) is a newly-registered charity, number 1123762.

The SET facilitates all community and charitable initiatives on behalf of Milton Keynes Dons FC. The Sports & Educational Trust delivers sporting and educational programmes to over 60,000 children and young adults per year.

As our reputation has grown, so has our activity and we are looking to appoint a hard-working administrator to join our busy and friendly office who is committed to working for a charity.

The position reports directly to the Community Officer and will support our highly-motivated team and growing work load.

The main purpose of the job:

·To manage and assist with the provision of administrative support to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the Trust office.
·The provision of effective guidance, leadership, organisation of apprentice administrator.
·To administer the day to day financial transactions of the Trust.
·To take active part in overall work of the whole team.

Level of Experience & Qualifications Required:

·A significant experience of working in an administrative role, ideally in an office environment.Excellent administrative and organisational skills, undertaken with a highly professional manner.
·A positive approach to dealing with members of the public.
·Confidence and maturity to deal with people at all levels and the ability to recognise the need for discretion and confidentiality at all times.
·Advanced IT skills including use of Word and Excel, and willingness to use databases.
·HNC in public Administration or business administration or equivalent.
·NVQ in business administration & RSA III word processing.
